Who We Are
Paul Hurme - Vice President / Designated Broker
Born and raised in Seattle, Paul has been around the real estate world most of his life. He is a graduate of the University of Washington (go Huskies!), where, in his words, he “majored in soccer and received a minor in English.” In the past five years his focus has been specifically on new construction sales in the Puget Sound area. Having represented builders such as Intracorp, Village Communities and Harbour Homes, he has knowledge and experience selling both single-family and multi-family projects in a variety of market situations.
Noticing an increased need for a project specific marketing approach, Paul joined up with the newly formed TeamBuilder Asset Advisors. “We are in such a new and dynamic market-place – unprecedented, really,” says Paul. “We’re seeing many situations where a builder or developer will decide not to use traditional sales and marketing programs in order to move product at a greater velocity. For example, an auction is another sales tool and in new construction, we must always be adding to our collective sales tool kits.”
Paul and his wife Jill are the proud parents of sons Nathan and Jacob. When not immersed in the real estate world, you can probably find Paul at home creating the next great Thomas the Train track and enjoying his family and friends.
